Police: Missing Ga. man's truck used in Conyers home invasion | News
CONYERS, Ga. – Authorities are investigating to see if three men arrested after a police chase are connected to the disappearance of a south Georgia man.
Thomas Entrekin was last seen Jan. 29 when he left his Early County home to pick up some tile out of town.
Authorities said Entrekin’s truck was used last Friday in a Conyers home invasion. They believe the same truck was used in another home invasion on January 27, 2016. Both home invasions happened in the Century Lakeside apartments in Conyers. Three suspects -- Demitric Lawson, Darrian McDaniel and one juvenile – were arrested after leading police on a chase.
Police aren’t sure if Entrekin knows the suspects or if they stole his truck. "We need to figure out how these three suspects came to possess this truck that is belonging to a missing man," said Conyers Officer Kim Lucas.
"They are trying to figure out what was the connection between him and the suspects that were arrested,” said Early County investigator Michael Rogerson.
Investigators don’t believe Entrekin sold his truck.
Entrekin lived by himself in the house that belonged to his now-deceased parents.
